Return Policy
At Pulkart, we want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here
to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be
returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must
be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with
tags attached.
- Certain items
such as innerwear, socks, personal care products, or
customized/personalized items are non-returnable for hygiene and
safety reasons.
Return Process
- Log in to
your account and go to the My Orders section.
- Select the
item you wish to return and choose a reason.
- Pack the item
securely in its original packaging.
- Our courier
partner will arrange a pickup from your address.
Refunds
- Once your
return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
- Approved
refunds will be processed within 5–7 days to your store wallet balance.
- Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
Replacements & Exchanges
- We offer free
replacements/exchanges if you receive a defective, damaged, or
incorrect product.
- Exchanges are
subject to availability of stock.
